Attention All Copic Lovers...

This card was designed by Kelli using Hero Arts stamps and custom laser cuts by Island Scrapbooking. The large stamp used is unique woodgrain design. She cut the image out using circle nestabilities by Spellbinders dies.

Crop For A Cause

We are proud sponsors of Crop For A Cause which will take place on Saturday, June 20th at the YWCA (145 Ululani Street) in Hilo. This will be a fun event where you can gather with your friends and craft to your heart's content! Island Scrapbooking will be giving away goodie bags to each participant that you won't want to miss. A portion of the proceeds will help to benefit the Hawaii Island Food Basket.

Blog Candy Giveaway!

Hi Everyone! We've decided its time to give away some more blog candy! Yay!

In order to qualify, just post a comment on this post and you will be randomly selected to win these cute Hello Kitty dies (its actually Hello Kitty's friends). You need to have a login (no anonymous comments please) to post a comment to qualify. Deadline to post your comment is Saturday May 23, 2009 at midnight HST (aka Friday night). Winner will be announced this weekend. Dies can be picked up in store, but if you can't make it... we'll ship it to you! Hooray! That means anyone can play!

Michele actually found some time to do some paper crafting (yay for her)! Here's some cards she made using these two dies. The first sample was made using the bird die. The background paper and cork paper is from the Paper Company. The flower is Hero Arts and the larger flower was cut using Hanko washi paper.

This next sample used the same die but this time the bird was cut using Hanko washi paper. The scallop die is by Sizzix and the crystals are by Hero Arts.

Finally, the last sample was made using the squirrel die. The cardstock is by Bazzil and the glittered cardstock is by Doodlebug. The Missing You sentiment was cut from the Friends Forever Cuttlebug cut and emboss set. These sets come with an embossing folder AND die which contains several sentiments.

Due to many requests, a second session of Debi's class is being offered. Sign up soon. The 2nd session is scheduled for May 30th from 10:30am-noon. We've been very busy stocking the store with new shipments of Summer Sizzix dies and new Greetings Farm stamps! Here's a few peeks at what came in...

New Summer Hello Kitty Dies are here! Isn't she so cute in her bathing suit? She's all ready to hit the beach

Here's another Hello Kitty- I think she's from Hawaii.. What do you think? The die's name is even Aloha Kitty! Also- for all you cupcake fans, pictured here are the new cupcake dies. So Yummy! Why do I feel like eating a cupcake now?

A bunch of new stuff has arrived in the store... If you have been waiting for more Copics to arrive, your wait is over! Take a look at all the new colors we have in stock! Hurry in because these will definitely go fast.

Our next Greetings Farm shipment should be arriving any day now. We've re-ordered a few of the stamps and are bringing in a bunch of new stamps. If you love Anya, you won't want to miss out on these new designs. Many of the first shipment sold out, so we anticipate the next shipment will be just as popular.

Also expected in soon is a new Sizzix shipment, which will include new Hello Kitty Summer dies! If you haven't seen these yet, you'll be tickled when you do! If you haven't, I won't spoil the surprise.
