We've Got Imaginisce!

 With all the new product arriving at the store daily from CHA, you will hardly recognize the store!  One of the good finds we got at CHA was this Makin' Waves line by Imaginsce@  Such cute and fun beach designs that coordinate perfectly together!  What a great mini album for summer this will make!  There's also coordinating Snag 'em stamps that match.

In addition to the coordinating papers, we also got in the cute matching stickers and die cuts!!!  Get these and you will be all set to document your summer!

Also got in all the new Doodlebug Designs papers!!!  Man, if you love Doodlebug you will be in heaven!

TGF New Release Just Arrived!

Are you having a good weekend so far?  If not, then maybe this will cheer you up... Look what just arrived yesterday in the store? 

These are the new releases from Greeting Farm!  Saw these at CHA and knew you would like them too.  If you think those bunnies look familiar, you may remember that they were released as a cling set a few years ago, but was discontinued.  So if you've been wanting them, now you can get them in clear!  They are a little different from the original set and include some cute sentiments to go along with them, so if you already have the cling set, you might want to pick these up too.  Hurry, these won't last long as we only brought in a few of each set!

New Lawn Fawn Has Arrived

Wow.. two posts in one day!  That never happens!  Just wanted to let you know that the Lawn Fawn order just arrived.  Most of these sets made their debut at CHA this year, so we snapped them up just for you.  We also re-ordered some of your favorites like the tea set and lantern set. 

These are going quickly, so hurry in for best selection!

Debi's Technique Class

 Hope you are having a great Friday and ready for the weekend!  Just wanted to share the projects you will be making if you signed up for Debi's Technique class scheduled for next week Saturday.

You will be learning how to make stamp with new Distress Markers (these are almost gone, so if you want some, better stop by soon), learn how to make chevron borders, and do reverse stamping.

I think I've died and gone to heaven!  Look what just arrived!!  Just hoping Michele saved a set for me.

Oh- and also forgot to mention earlier that today was the first Tuesday that the store will be open an extra hour!  In case you work and can't always make it before 5:00pm, try coming in on Tuesdays after work.. we'll be there until 6:00pm on a trial basis.

And even more good news...This Saturday is the first Saturday we will be starting to hold 2 classes again!  Whoopie!  That means the store is open till 2:30pm instead of 2:00pm on Saturdays to accommodate the 2nd class.  See you then!

Copic Hair Coloring Class

Hey Everyone!
Finally finished my class sample and wanted to share it with you in case you signed up for my class this Saturday, 3/10/12...   This class focuses on coloring black hair, but the technique can be applied to any hair color.  Sample will be available in the store tomorrow afternoon.

As a reminder, class will begin at 10:00am (as soon as the store opens), so please be prompt as we need to end on time.

Supplies to bring with you:
Copics- 100, C9, C7, C5, micron black pen, skin tones (Eoo, Eo2, E21), Clothes- (I used BG05, BG02, BG10) but you can color the clothes whatever you want, scissors, double stick tape.

Other Noteworthy News

We are offering more classes and have decided to schedule 2 classes on Saturdays. The first class will be from 10-12 noon. The second class on Saturdays will from 12:30 - 2:00. We want to remind everyone that Saturday classes now will be starting at 10am and not 10:30. We will test this out and see how it goes. The first class on Saturday will have to be aware that a class will be following soon after so time will have to be watched a little more closley. Hopefully this will work and more classes will be able to be held. Your patience and feed back is appreciated.

  

Finally, for the month of March we will be staying open an hour later on Tuesdays. So for this month Tuedays we will be open from 10am - 6pm. Hopefully this helps those who just can not make in by the 5pm hour. Any feedback is appreciated.

Jenny will show you the technique she uses for black hair, that can be applied to all different colored hair types. Students should bring in their own Copic markers to class. Simple Card Class Series- Thank You Cards 

An extension of the Christmas Card Classes, Jenny is back with a new line of classes that focuses on simple cardmaking. Each month's class with have a theme and students will make approximately 3-5 projects per class. The first class for this year will focus on thank you cards. Who doesn't need extra thank you cards for their stash?

Sending Love Your Way

 Hello Everyone!  Just wanted to share a card I made at the Lawn Fawn booth at CHA.  I didn't get a chance to do very many make 'n takes while there, but I did manage to sit down and do this one.  This card was made using two of the new Lawn Fawn sets recently released.  I love how we didn't have to color in the mail box since it was stamped on patterend paper and cut out.  I also love that we put a little love into the letter!
