Sorry the posting of this newsletter is so late! Those of you who are members should have already received the newsletter via email, but to those of you who don't, I send my apologies. I've been having some technical difficulties recently, but I think I found a way around it, so no worries!
Enough about my problems... on to the newsletter!
Fall/Spring Cleaning Sale:
There are many fun events coming soon to Island Scrapbooking! You have probably heard by now that on Saturday September 12th, we will be hosting the semi-annual Fall/Spring Clearance Sale!!! This is a great opportunity to find second hand (still good!) craft items. For those of you selling items this year, please remember to have all of your items priced and labeled with your initials (removable label) along with an inventory list of items you will be dropping off. Deadline to drop off items is Tuesday September 8th by 5:00pm. Please call the store if you have any questions regarding selling your items.
For the rest of you, please join us all day on Saturday for this fun event! In addition to bargain hunting, the store will be having an awesome sale. All red tagged items will be an additional 50% off on this day only along with other great deals.

Dream Weaver Classes
Lynell Harlow, owner and designer of Dreamweaver Stencils is coming to Island Scrapbooking! Lynell will be teaching three different classes during her visit all weekend from September 26-27. Lynell Harlow will be teaching the latest technique for use with Dreamweaver stencils. She will be teaching a crackle pasting technique that adds a new dimension to your card making. It's a great way to add a distressed look to any project.
